In addition to her consulting and program work, Desiree has held senior nonprofit leadership roles and has helped organizations strengthen governance, financial systems, grant evaluation and reporting, strategic planning, and long-term sustainability. Across her work, she combines investigative thinking, systems analysis, and hands-on implementation to help organizations and Tribes move from ideas to measurable outcomes.
