Greetings and thank you for RSVPing to the April 16th Reception honoring the Sierra Nevada Conservancy’s 20th anniversary of outstanding service to our Sierra-Cascade region. We are pleased to announce that Senator John Laird will be our master of ceremonies and there will be a brief program at 6:00 pm. On behalf of your hosts, the Sierra Business Council, The Sierra Nevada Alliance, and The Sierra Fund, we look forward to seeing you there!

The Venue
The reception will be held at the Plaza Park Ballroom on the first floor of the Citizen Hotel in Sacramento – 926 J Street, Sacramento, California, USA, 95814.

Parking
Valet parking is available at the Citizen for $49/day, and hourly rates are $15 for 1-2 hours and $25 for 3-5 hours. For other parking garages near the event venue, see the list below:

Food and drink
We are providing hors d’oeuvres and 2-drinks per person from 5-7 pm – and additional beverages will be available for purchase at the bar.
Reporting Activity Expense
Attending the reception as an elected official or other reportable person will require reporting this activity expense. At the event, you will either be able to opt out of partaking in the food and drink or otherwise indicate you will need a letter with the value of the ‘gift’ which will be emailed to you from The Sierra Fund within two weeks following the reception.
