Meals, registration, and lodging

We are able to keep event registration free of cost thanks to sponsors, including the main Summit, Future Nation Builders (18-30) Mini Summit, and Children’s Programming. Meals will also be provided free of charge. Nation Builders 18-30 will be provided free onsite lodging in the dormitory style lodges. General on site lodging is now full unless you are an invited speaker. Please see our logistics page for nearby lodging recommendations.

Meals and Dietary Restrictions:

Meals will be served on site. Most meals will be held at the venue cafeteria, with the exception of cultural dinner receptions Friday and Saturday night, and an optional Sunday night meal hosted by Washiw Zulshish Goom Tahn Nu (Washoe Warrior Society). Please specify any dietary restrictions so we can communicate with our venue and cultural caterer.

Nation Builders Gathering at the Sierra Nevada Tribal Summit

This year we have added a Nation Builders Gathering at the Sierra Nevada Tribal Summit intended for young adults ages 18-30 on Friday October 17th from 12-3 PM. Future Nation Builders will be staying together during the full summit in the Hubbard and Lakeview lodges.

Children’s Program Registration

This year we will be offering culturally rooted Children’s programming - both to build intergenerational knowledge sharing and to allow parents of children to be able to fully engage in the Summit to their full liking.

Note - While children’s programming is available, we always welcome parents with young ones who wish to have them in the summit meeting space with them to do so. This is a familial space. There will also be a nursing room downstairs of the main conference room.
