Lodging Details

On-site lodging: We will assign on-site lodging based on your registration responses. Please note this is a rustic venue and we will do our best to assign rooms based on needs, which may mean you will be assigned a twin or double bed and ask family to share space. Lodging includes some hotel-style rooms (these are nearest the meeting hall and the most ADA accessible and elders will have first dibs), two dormitory-style lodges (these are reserved for the young adult “Nation Builders” age 18-30), and a variety of cabins of varying room numbers and distance from the main hall. Each cabin has been reserved for summit participants only, but you may be sharing shared space (kitchen/living room) with other participants, and we will ask if any family members are willing to double up in rooms with multiple beds.

Off-site lodging: While we recommend staying on-site to stay immersed in the summit environment, if you are not comfortable with accommodations on the more rustic side, you might consider booking your own off-site lodging accommodation.

For those seeking alternative accommodations nearby, consider:

  • Lakeside Inn and Casino: A comfortable option located just a short drive from the venue.

  • Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe: Offers modern amenities and entertainment options.

  • Hotel Azure: A boutique hotel with lake views and easy access to local attractions.

Note: Attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodations.
